The Museum of Decorative Arts and Design has just announced the programme of the upcoming series «A Word to Design». Its most popular events «Design Talks» will begin on November 30 with a presentation by architect Kārlis Melzobs. His architecture office «Gaiss» recently completed the design of the National Library of Latvia permanent exhibition «Book in Latvia».
