Aiming to promote the understanding and development of sound design in Latvia, a new association, the Latvian Sound Designers Club (LSDC) was established in April. Its initiator and Chairman of the Board is Jānis Vērzemnieks — the founder and manager of music marketing studio «Jveart» and former creative director of the advertising agency «Havas». Jānis is also a partner at the start–up «Corebook.io» which is a digital brand guideline tool for design and audio branding studios, individual designers and advertising agencies.
